Concrete Bursting

Bursting is a highly effective, controlled method of splitting or
fracturing large sections of reinforced concrete and masonry.
Powerful hydraulic burster heads, or rams, are inserted into
strategically positioned diamond drilled holes and expanded
until the concrete or masonry breaks apart, ready for removal.

  • Reinforced concrete structures – walls, pillars, bridge
    columns

  • Locations that are in constant use e.g. offices,
    schools or hospitals
  • Locations where heavy plant is not feasible
